Patricia A. Ward, independent consultant for nonprofits, has over twenty-five years’ experience working with nonprofit organizations, board of directors, professional volunteers and staff. Patricia has consulted with nonprofit organizations of varying sizes and from a wide range of charitable interests including faith-based organizations, education, arts and culture, and human services.
She has been involved with Capital Campaigns assisting nonprofit organizations raise from $1 million to $10 million. Patricia has extensive experience in creating fundraising development plans, grant research and proposal writing. |
Patricia has been in the Amarillo area since 2002 and has local consulting experience through her own business, Nonprofit Solutions, as well with the Amarillo Area Foundation, the Nonprofit Service Center and with Van Petten-Ward & Associates. She serves as an adjunct professor at Amarillo College co-teaching a fundraising class and volunteers for several nonprofit organizations.
Patricia is a long term member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a professional organization which promotes ethical fundraising practices. She is a former AFP Board President and received their award for Outstanding Fundraising Professional in 2010. |
